  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 5-25 business days, depending on the item and current stock levels. Many of our items are custom made to order, which is reflected in the processing time above. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
  • Customization: Orders that include customized or personalized items may take additional time to process. We will notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs.
  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

We offer the following shipping options, primarily using FedEx or UPS:

  • 2-Day Shipping: Typically takes 2 business days.

All items are shipped with tracking and are insured for their full value.

4. International Shipping

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Coastal Diamonds LLC is not responsible for these charges. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Shipping Address

7. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Coastal Diamonds LLC ships items with insurance for its value. We also ship with tracking and signature required. If there are any issue with the item upon deliver please call or email us immediately and we will help to resolve.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package.
