Because these pieces are specially made and cannot be resold as standard inventory, custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, cancellation, or store credit. We encourage customers to carefully review all design details prior to approving production. Our team is committed to working closely with you throughout the design process to ensure your piece is exactly what you envisioned.
